RecommendedWe live in Alabama and don't have a Sam Ash, I ordered a banjo over the phone and their customer service was great! I went to their Atlanta this past weekend and purchased another instrument and received the same great service. Very helpful and knowledgable staff.

Good service always deserves recognition, and today Barron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There’s a similar big-box music store 2 miles from my home, but it’s worth a 20 mile drive for the consistently great service I get from everyone at Sam Ash. I have bought from multiple departments, and everyone I’ve spoken to there has seemed happy to be in their jobs and happy to take as much time as is necessary to make sure that all my questions are answered.

Awesome experience helpful staff great prices and selection especially in the used gear one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a music store bought a prs custom 24 and a boss gt 100 they gave me a better price buying both try that at guitar center and see what happens 5 stars thanks much Steven and Gary
