Sam Ash in SA ROCKS! All of the folks there come from a music background so they know what they're talking about. No high pressure sales people either. I enjoy my time there every time I visit.

Had been to their competitor across the road one time to ask about a drum machine with capacity to retain song data and tempo and the sales person seemed to have a negative view of drum machines and wasn't very helpful or suggest anything that would resolve my problem. After going to this same competitor for an adapter for a DigiTech vocal harmonizer the tech there said I had to order from DigiTech. This store is awesome ! I took a trial piano lesson with Katrina and learned some stuff. I decided to buy a Bass Guitar and I'm just starting my lessons.This whole staff is great ! The Store Manager Todd Walker, The Lesson Coordinator Katrina and The Sales Associate that sold my Bass was outstanding ! We live in a society where there's a lot of bad stuff going on but when you walk in this music store they make you feel welcome and help you with whatever you need ! Thank You all so much !!!!
