Went in on Christmas Eve looking for a gift for my friend who plays guitar. Super nicely I asked the guy in the electric guitar section (short man, long hair), I explained what I was doing to see if he had any suggestions. Super rude he answered and said “YEAH YOURE GUNNA HAVE TO GIVE ME MORE THAN THAT. I took my Thunderbird bass to SA to have what I thought were plastic bridge and machine heads to metal. They only replaced the bridge (which was metal) with a chrome bridge so now the keys and bridge are mismatched. Worse, when I picked it up and got home, I plugged it in and they had not adjusted the neck so there was an annoying rattle of the strings vibrating on the frets. After dealing with Guitar center for many years (yep,my mistake), I finally tried out Sam Ash. They are pretty far away from where I live. So, I started with an online order. I talked to someone who knew their inventory and new the used guitar I was looking for. The product was shipped the same day I ordered it. The cost for shipping was cheap and it arrived in 3 days. Literally stood there for 20 minutes. Got no help. I figured fine, they're busy, but when I saw four people behind the front counter, one behind the drum counter, and one who stopped to help another customer that was there after me, I discovered that I was invisible to them. Thanks guys, you lost a customer.

We have spent over 6000 in the store yet they still give us poor customer service, have no record of our account, and act like we are trying to cheat them when we ask for our state sales tax exemption.
