Days like today will cause me to pull the cover over my head and cringe at the thought of facing the future. Sam literally gave me tools and coping skills to try to face another day. She is attentive, patient and supportive while being firm in other areas. She knows about mental health issues and the impact it can have on an individual and their family. I never forget to show my appreciation to her. Thanks Sam.
