Wonderful!
Initially, Dr. Cox was very personable and positive. The day before surgery, she realized a procedure she wanted had not been done. However, she never put in the request. Instead of professionally apologizing and taking responsibility for her lack of follow-through, she admonished my 85-year-old mother for not advocating for her family. Due to her horrible bed-side manner and these reviews, my dad cancelled the surgery and is seeking a second opinion.
Horrible after going through hell and high water to get insurance to change over she dropped my wife like a bad habit. Didn't even show up to the last appointment with her.
Did an arteriogram on my left leg, had a lot of pain, went back for follow up visit and told her I had an infection and pain. Her response was "wash it with soap and water" and walked out the door. I ended up in the ER with lots of pain and an infection. Now that I am out of the hospital she won't even sign off on the pain medication I was supposed to take according to the hospital. Guess I can count myself lucky I didn't loose my leg. Incompetent and uncaring and I need another arteriogram.
