My experience with LifeStance Health has been positive. I think my counselor Samantha has been wonderful and has made scheduling appointments with her easy by offering great flexibility when needing to schedule follow up appointments. Thank you!
They only allow you to make one appointment with one therapist at a time, which can be a few weeks out. So if you want to meet a few different ones to see which one you connect with- it is not an option here. Instead, you make an appointment- wait 6-7 weeks, only after your appointment, you can make another one with someone else … and so on.
