I don’t like buying guitars online. Especially used ones. I saw this Taylor acoustic on Sam Ash website and the pictures were pretty good but not perfect. I called twice over 2 days and spoke to 2 different gentlemen who helped me out. Both of those guys went above and beyond for me and answered all of my questions. A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
