Pricing and delivery are great. The communication channel is a tad sketchy such as no link from tracking number directly to fedex. Had to enter number manually and even that didn’t really work.

A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
