Same Day was assigned to fix our gas furnace by our home warranty company after another service provider dropped the ball. Same Day was a total 180 from the other HVAC company! Upon making the service request with our home warranty, Same Day called us within an hour to schedule an appointment and was able to send out a technician the next day. The tech arrive on time and was friendly upon introduction. It looked like he was performing a variety of diagnostic assessments, using his hand held measurement tool. His initial repair determination offered 2 options, both very expensive $2K to $5k, replacing a circuit board and the complete blower assembly. He later claimed the circuit board did not have a short, and did not require replacement. A new repair summary would be under $1000. Feras was fantastic! He came out to just confirm there were no problems with my heater for the annual review. I appreciated his commentary about my existing heater and that when it needs to be replaced to buy the same unit in the newer version. He provided me great advice and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Generally my prior technicians from other companies have tried to utilize the inspection as a sales opportunity.
The Tech showed up at the at the scheduled appointment time. He was clean, polite and knowledgeable. He completed the replacement of the new furnace and was out and didn't leave a mess!
Gabriel was very professional and came on time. He double and triple check that the system works after he replaced the broken part. Highly recommend Same Day Air Conditioning services and ask for Gabriel.
