Dr. Volo is one of the best doctors I have seen. Thorough, caring, excellent ability to diagnose issues, strong and direct communicator and focused on the well being of his patients.
Dr Volo is great, he listens, works hard, calls you back, and spends time with you. The problem is the practice which he is a part of, Albany Associates in Cardiology is very disorganized. After the initial appointment I can't get a follow up appointment. They only schedule out for 3 months and there is never any openings. They say they will call you back when they get an opening but that never happens. What good is a great cardiologist if you can't get an appointment.
I've never been treated by such a kind, hard-working doctor in my entire life. He explains medical terms and condition carefully, is obviously extremely well informed, and is unfailingly kind. WOW! Dr. Volo is a superb physician.

This doctor has saved my life twice! Test results were normal, however he LISTENED to my symptoms and had me admitted. Three stents later, i am beyond grateful!!
