This was first time seeing this PA at the practice. Sam was very nice and listened to what I thought. He was thorough and I left the visit feeling like the treatment plan was great. He even followed up first thing the next day with some test results. Great care! Would see him again!

I was not able to see my primary doctor but Samuel had availability. He listened to my concerns and my symptoms and I left feeling cared for. Good doctor very knowledgeable. I appreciate the care that I received.

My care is always good at my primary care doctor's office. Sam is always friendly never makes you feel rushed always very thorough remembers all your issues from every time you're there I couldn't ask for a better care team. My needs and concerns are always met.

Sam, Nurse Practitioner, was able to see me on short notice due to an acute health problem. Sam was very welcoming and sincere when asking me about my concerns. Sam was very knowledgeable and made certain to explain my symptoms in a way that I could understand and follow. He developed a plan of treatment and prescribed supports that included how I could assess my progress and when I might need to follow up with him, emphasizing that he would always be available to address anything I needed. Sam was an excellent!
