Went for my first appointment since moving from NC. Everyone was professional and polite. I do have a problem being told by the Dr that their office doesn't provide callus filing or nail trims. They did today as a courtesy. These rules apply not for just me, a handicapped senior due to a stroke, and a veteran, but for anyone. You shouldn't pick and choose the services you provide. If you have an ingrown toenail you need to see Dr. Richard Perez. I’ve had this procedure twice by other Drs. where the last one was painful and kept me for years not wanting to fix it again. Dr. Perez has great karma and a good hand it did not hurt at all. His office staff was great and the office location has lots of parking and close to major highways.
I came in with a pulled muscle in my foot that was not getting better. The doctor was very kind and thorough on foot anatomy to help me understand what was going on. He gave me at home physical therapy and I got some insoles that really helped along with the exercises. My foot is no longer in pain. For never having to see a podiatrist I would say my first experience was great, and would recommend them.
I had a great experience with San Antonio Podiatry. The staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. Perez quickly diagnosed and treated my foot issue. My teenage son had an appointment immediately after mine and Dr. Perez took a look at his foot and let us know that he didn't need any treatment at this time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Perez and S.A. Podiatry for anyone in need of foot care. When I had my follow up Dr. Perez got me in and out with no issues in about 15 minutes.
