Amazing experience for a drs office! The interior was very clean and inviting, the front desk lady that does the check in, x-rays and ask the questions was very professional, friendly and funny and made my son and I (me the patient) feel very welcome. The doctor had a great bedside manner and was very friendly an answered all of the questions we had. Even with having surgery I look forward to going back to the office.

Dr Patel was amazing! Front office staff was awesome all around great experience would definitely recommend this Dr/office! Was able to do a online appointment which made it that much easy to be seen for next next

I saw Dr. Lai and he was very pleasant, professional and caring. He presented options for my foot problem and agreed with the decision to go with the least invasive choice. I was seen quickly with only a few minutes wait time. I would recommend this office.

Great experience from doctor and office staff. Dr. Lai was great at communicating presenting problem and interventions. I will definitely be going back and recommend his New Braunfels clinic.
