Im writing this after many conversations with management and staff about the second hand smoke coming in my apartment from my neighbors unit. I moved to San Artes because it's suppose to be a smoke free community! However that's not the case so beware!! The smell and smoke is a nuisance and seriously health hazard to me and other tenants. My emails and messages to Julie the manager are now being ignored and nothing seems to get resolved.
