Im writing this after many conversations with management and staff about the second hand smoke coming in my apartment from my neighbors unit. I moved to San Artes because it's suppose to be a smoke free community! However that's not the case so beware!! The smell and smoke is a nuisance and seriously health hazard to me and other tenants. My emails and messages to Julie the manager are now being ignored and nothing seems to get resolved.

Business response:

Rebecca, thank you for your continued communication. Again, as a people-first organization, San Artes takes your report of this issue seriously. Our team has been in close contact with you to offer clarification on what has been done to address your inquiries. We will continue to work one-on-one with you to discuss any outstanding questions you may have. Thank you for your valued residency.
