Moved to San Cervantes a week back. The viewing, contract signing, everything was very smooth. Leasing Consultant Aylissa Johnson helped to get the contract quickly to help us move in before the long weekend. Highly recommended community.

Visited today 8/9/23 At Lisa’s J. was very knowledgeable and a pleasant person. She answered all questions and did not pressure or rush the process. The complex is kept very well and the apartments we saw were spacious and a nice floor plan with nice upgrades. Pricing was reasonable on what I was searching for.. will keep in contact with them until my desired apartment becomes available. Recommend you visit San Cervantes.

Finally after a year they hired an actual A/C company to come out and tell us a part needed replacing. Another example, the maintenance team will spend an hour... read more
