If you are looking for an honest local mechanic in San Diego, look no further. I've been taking my car here for years and I have found them to be always professional, super nice, and very helpful and honest. There have been times where they have told me how I could save money on something, even if they could have charged me more. That kind of honesty and professionalism can be hard to find and it is great that we have a local mechanic shop that is so dedicated to quality.
Even using the CAP program by the Bureau of Automotive repair, my complicated smog problem was being turned away by all the official state repair stations. Only this place accepted me and was willing to repair the problem. That means a lot to me. It was a pain in the butt but it wasn’t their fault, it was the extremely finicky issue on my car that only they were willing to address. Go here. They’re hard workers.
Great service, very professional and trustworthy. They definitely go the extra mile. We are greatful to Tony and the entire team for all of their great work. Tony was able to fix the reasons my pick-up's check engine light was coming on. I definitely recommend their business.
I loved these three gentlemen. They tried helping me but my car went two more years when they told the previous owner the auto needed catalytic converter. So 2023 didn’t need smog. 2024 I needed to pass smog but couldn’t without the repairs. My car is good for another 350K miles!!!! This past week, I bit the bullet and took my truck in to be serviced. I've been dreading taking it in for close to a year... partly for the pricing that I knew I couldn't afford, and partly because I'm utterly ashamed of how much I've neglected standard service work.
