my boyfriend has lived here for over a year and he loves it!! the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. they have a huge variety of plants creating fresh air and lots of shade to the apartments/surrounding areas. everyone around is friendly for the most part. i love how clean the apartments are always they have constant landscaping and power washers who come and maintain the property at least once every 2-3 months. the pool is amazing. the gym is also wonderful as it has a bit of everything and i love the stair master machi... read more
Moving here made me realize how abused I have been in other apartment complexes I’ve lived in. Moving in was completely seamless with no delays, the property is gorgeous, the front office is very quick to respond to whatever I need. On top of that the apartment on move in was spotless??? (It should be the norm but man is it nice when it happens). By far the best place I’ve ever lived and I’ve been here only a few weeks. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience as a tenant at San Hacienda. The apartment I rented (#2003) had severe mold and leakage issues, which posed a significant threat to my health and well-being. Despite my repeated attempts to bring this to the attention of the management, they failed to take adequate action to address the problem. I toured this property last weekend and was so excited for it, I loved all the photos i saw online and the prices seem very reasonable, when my husband and I toured the model unit we looked in the storge closest outside and to our surprise we saw mouse droppings all over the floor.... It was unfortunately a immediate no for me, if that's what's in the model unit i can only imagine what the regular units look like and the issues that the tenants have...
Ethan assisted me today and I’m very grateful not only. Did he take his time with trying to help me find a place he went above and beyond. I’m very grateful and very thankful although I didn’t find a place that I wanted with the price that I needed it to be Ethan was able to give me options that didn’t make me feel like I only had one option so thank you.
