my boyfriend has lived here for over a year and he loves it!! the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. they have a huge variety of plants creating fresh air and lots of shade to the apartments/surrounding areas. everyone around is friendly for the most part. i love how clean the apartments are always they have constant landscaping and power washers who come and maintain the property at least once every 2-3 months. the pool is amazing. the gym is also wonderful as it has a bit of everything and i love the stair master machi... read more
Gary who came to fix my toilet did an excellent job. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it. The repair was completed efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since. I really appreciate his professionalism and courtesy.
We are incredibly fortunate to have Gary as the maintenance professional at our apartment complex. San Hacienda. His dedication, skill, and work ethic consistently go above and beyond expectations. I’ve truly enjoyed living at San Hacienda Chandler! There’s so much to appreciate here—plenty of cabinet space, rooms that stay cool and comfortable, and thoughtful details like the gas stove and private patio that enhance everyday living. Having my own laundry room adds a lot of convenience, too. I always feel safe, thanks to Four Peaks Security keeping the property secure. As of August 2025, I have lived at San Hacienda for 19 years. I have lived here longer than anywhere I have lived in my life. (I lived with my parents for 18 years) Obviously, I love San Hacienda! Hopefully it will be my home for many years to come. I appreciate every team member, the management, and outside workers who all make San H. the best!!! I thank you!!!
