I’ve truly enjoyed living at San Hacienda Chandler! There’s so much to appreciate here—plenty of cabinet space, rooms that stay cool and comfortable, and thoughtful details like the gas stove and private patio that enhance everyday living. Having my own laundry room adds a lot of convenience, too. I always feel safe, thanks to Four Peaks Security keeping the property secure. A Wonderful Place to Call Home! I’ve had such a great experience living at San Hacienda! From the moment I moved in, the management team has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and responsive to any needs or concerns. I am sad to leave this property, it’s a bittersweet. I never had an issue here at Hacienda, everyone is so friendly especially the maintenance department. Today I sent a request for maintenance and right away Rocco came to help me out with the alarm detector. Kodos to the team of Hacienda! Keep up the good work!
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Before the changes to management and their standards of procedures, this was a great place. Now, I wouldn't want my worst enemy to live here. From roaches, to being charged twice for a transfer fee, to not being able to access my home because the gate was knocked out by lightning, to a whole SHOOTING being reduced to "an incident", these so called "luxury apartments" are anything but that. I submitted a maintenance request yesterday evening and this morning Jessie promptly came over to fix the many things that I needed fixed in my home. He was not only professional but very knowledgeable handyman. I’m glad San hacienda takes priority in hiring qualified people.
