my boyfriend has lived here for over a year and he loves it!! the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. they have a huge variety of plants creating fresh air and lots of shade to the apartments/surrounding areas. everyone around is friendly for the most part. i love how clean the apartments are always they have constant landscaping and power washers who come and maintain the property at least once every 2-3 months. the pool is amazing. the gym is also wonderful as it has a bit of everything and i love the stair master machi... read more

I’ve truly enjoyed living at San Hacienda Chandler! There’s so much to appreciate here—plenty of cabinet space, rooms that stay cool and comfortable, and thoughtful details like the gas stove and private patio that enhance everyday living. Having my own laundry room adds a lot of convenience, too. I always feel safe, thanks to Four Peaks Security keeping the property secure. I am sad to leave this property, it’s a bittersweet. I never had an issue here at Hacienda, everyone is so friendly especially the maintenance department. Today I sent a request for maintenance and right away Rocco came to help me out with the alarm detector. Kodos to the team of Hacienda! Keep up the good work!
