I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex, and a big part of that is thanks to the excellent management. Kelsey Church is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. They handle maintenance requests quickly, keep the property well-maintained, and are always approachable with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!
I lived at San Lagos for two years, I moved out due to purchasing a home. While I lived at San Lagos, my favorite pastime was walking in the afternoons around the community with my family enjoying the view to the lake and the sunset. The community was always well maintained. They had friendly staff, Allie in the office was always so helpful. If I was not a homeowner, I would definitely move back in.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! My husband and I moved to az last summer (July) for school and San Lagos is right across the street from Midwestern University. After living in az for a year, we realized we wanted to move to Scottsdale, so we just did this past month. Our lease at San Lagos was supposed to be up mid July, however, since we didn’t give “30 day notice” they changed our lease to a month-to-month lease, without even telling us…. Very dishonest complex they bait and switched us upon our lease agreement and we had numerous issues with black mold and was disregarded and figured painting over the black mold would solve the problem. There was constant theft in the complex and nothing was done. Fast forward to now we shampooed and deep cleaned our apartment before our exit and they still held our security and deposit and deemed our apartment unclean even after photo evidence. Very poorly run complex. Management and the leasing office are not attentive. They are difficult to get ahold of and don’t return phone calls. The apartments are overpriced and outdated. The maintenance staff and the pool are the only good things about this place.
