Living here has been great. Maintenance team is very quick and helpful. Cam came to fix a clog in my sink and noticed that I had a light out as well and got both issues fixed in no time.
Management is horrific. My AC went out for the entire month of August and I got nothing but rude responses and “we’re working on it” when it was 120 degrees outside. You also get woken up every morning at 8 am by the sound of chainsaws and landscaping crews. Wish I could give zero stars.
I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex, and a big part of that is thanks to the excellent management. Kelsey Church is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. They handle maintenance requests quickly, keep the property well-maintained, and are always approachable with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!
If cracked ceilings and water leaking from your exhaust fan soaking your entire laundry room is what you're after.. for the low low low price of $1300 for a 1 bedroom you can satisfy your needs here. Tip: dont leave clothes folded on dryer or you'll be in for a nice rusty stain surprise 👍 Water + electrical = fire? Who would think such a thing. Not San Lagos.. Renters insurance? Check. I lived at San Lagos for two years, I moved out due to purchasing a home. While I lived at San Lagos, my favorite pastime was walking in the afternoons around the community with my family enjoying the view to the lake and the sunset. The community was always well maintained. They had friendly staff, Allie in the office was always so helpful. If I was not a homeowner, I would definitely move back in.
