The new paint they went with for the exterior looks way worse than it did. The place used to look so beautiful. The paint also doesn't go well with the color of the roof tiles.
We recently moved out after living here for a year. If I have any advice for anyone looking to move here it would be to stay away. They claim their apartments are luxury but in fact it is far from it. When we first moved in we were told that the carpets will be replaced but when we got there they still had pet hair, a large toe nail(I know weird and gross), and some kibble in the master closet. I am genuinely surprised by how many issues this place has, now that I have been here for four months. To start, I had a REALLY bad moving in experience. The office staff refused all of my calls, emails, and voicemails for three weeks. I eventually had to show up and demand to speak with someone in order to get even the most basic customer service.
