Get directionsNot very consistent staff and horrible communication of different people who interstate With residents. The medical staff is better. They need to improve on the food quality. Quality. Seemed like Costco Boxed food instead of home cooking.

What they could improve overall is the cleanliness, laundry, and checking more often. I was very upset that no one called me to be with him at the end no matter what the time I have been thru this before and I know that they have an idea

Mom complains all the time about quality of care, place is under staffed. Cause delays for shower assistance, if not skipped. Cost keeps go up. They find more things to bill her for monthly. She likes to keep track of her expenses, finds it frustrating. We would absolutely recommend Pacifica Senior Living community to other families

My loved one is no longer at the community. Everybody was always very friendly, and listened. They were not as attentive. They advertised a lot of activities, but my loved one did not engage in any of them. The value for the money was not good. They did not always clean up well. Overall, my experience was not good.

While it is challenging to address your specific issues without knowing the people involved, we can state that there are continual daily activities in our memory care neighborhood where every resident is included unless they or their family specifically refuse to be involved. Cleaning sporadic, issue with theft, call buttons not answered, paid for hourly checks not done phone calls/emails unanswered, fire door/security camera not functioning, resident bully not addressed. In my opinion the staff that interacted with my mother were caring and kind and most were doing their best despite the complete lack of support and recognition of leadership

To recap, the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services gives Pacifica Senior Living San Martin with an A rating for the care of seniors. This would not be the case if we were lacking in care and cleanliness. This has been substantiated by Adult Protective Services. This community was probably one of the top places at one time and this is what I heard but things have changed and now it is different. I did not get a lot of what I was promised so right now I would not recommend this community to a friend. Rooms are not getting cleaned and options for diabetics are minimal

We really did not like what we saw on our tour at Pacifica San Martin. The residents seemed like they were all doped up. It felt more like in a nursing home rather than assisted living.

I did not like this one at all. When you walked in it was very dark and depressing. I'm sure there are things about it I blocked because I did not like it when I walked in, and I knew my loved one wouldn't like it.
