I have lived at San Milan for over three years and it has been the best experience! The units and amenities are luxurious, and the San Milan team is always helpful and available for any question I have. Amy Smith, in particular, has been a fantastic community manager. We couldn't imagine living anywhere else in North Scottsdale!

This is far and above the Best complex anywhere in Phoenix or Scottsdale. Don’t be fooled by all these new apartment complexes! Once you step on property, it is like entering a resort! The grounds are meticulously maintained, and if anything goes wrong in the apartment, it is immediately fixed. Lauren and Amy are the absolute best - The front desk is always warm and welcoming! You can’t find a better community :)
It is always a pleasure going to this property. It’s always so clean and well maintained. The staff there are top notch and so friendly. Amy (Manager) and Giana are always so helpful and I have seen them interact with their tenants, you can tell they really care about them. That type of behavior is hard to come by nowadays.
