If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, serene and beautiful place to live you’ve found it. San Milan has been my home for over a year and will need for the best. I have high expectations when it comes to what I call home. Amy Smith, Hannah Clouse exceed those expectations. From move in to lease renewal they are very efficient, friendly and proactive. I recently moved out of San Milan Apartments after living there two years, and overall, I had a really good experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and located in a nice, quiet area. One of the best parts of living at San Milan was the staff — especially Amy. She was always super friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something. You can tell she really cares about the residents and takes her job seriously. It's not always easy to find that kind of service, so I really appreciated it.

San Milan is a great place to live. Not only is it beautiful with great amenities, the staff are very friendly and professional. Daniel, on the maintenance crew, was prompt and efficient in repairing some issues I had in my apartment. I highly recommend San Milan apartments in Phoenix.
