I never write online reviews (positive or negative), but my time at San Milan truly deserves recognition. I lived here for 14 months, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, serene and beautiful place to live you’ve found it. San Milan has been my home for over a year and will need for the best. I have high expectations when it comes to what I call home. Amy Smith, Hannah Clouse exceed those expectations. From move in to lease renewal they are very efficient, friendly and proactive. Beautiful property. Well maintained and clean in every area. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. The front office staff are friendly and professional. New management is top tier! She is great with staff and residents, notices all the details! The pool is like a resort! Food trucks on occasion are so fun! Close to great restaurants, wholefoods and the 101 fwy. One of the best places I have ever lived.
Do Not Move Here Unless You Enjoy Being a Mosquito Buffet If you’re considering living here, bring bug spray, a mosquito net, and maybe a vial of your own blood to save them the trouble—because this place is infested. Second time leaving a review here but also wanted to mention that there is no better work team than here at San Milan. If you have an issue big or small at your apartment, the workers will be there super quickly to help resolve those issues. I have had Robert helping me with my needs and he has been super helpful and kind making sure that everything is resolved quick and efficiently.
