If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, serene and beautiful place to live you’ve found it. San Milan has been my home for over a year and will need for the best. I have high expectations when it comes to what I call home. Amy Smith, Hannah Clouse exceed those expectations. From move in to lease renewal they are very efficient, friendly and proactive. Beautiful property. Well maintained and clean in every area. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. The front office staff are friendly and professional. New management is top tier! She is great with staff and residents, notices all the details! The pool is like a resort! Food trucks on occasion are so fun! Close to great restaurants, wholefoods and the 101 fwy. One of the best places I have ever lived.
Do Not Move Here Unless You Enjoy Being a Mosquito Buffet If you’re considering living here, bring bug spray, a mosquito net, and maybe a vial of your own blood to save them the trouble—because this place is infested. Completely uninhabitable during these late summer months (August to now October 2025) as they continue to water the grass several times every single day and we are overwhelmed with mosquitos. Residents are constantly complaining and their only response is they are using the same pest control company over and over... as things continue to worsen.
