I have lived at San Milan for over three years and it has been the best experience! The units and amenities are luxurious, and the San Milan team is always helpful and available for any question I have. Amy Smith, in particular, has been a fantastic community manager. We couldn't imagine living anywhere else in North Scottsdale!
I never write online reviews (positive or negative), but my time at San Milan truly deserves recognition. I lived here for 14 months, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From move-in to move-out, I always felt one thing: cared for. With a demanding job and long hours, having a home that brings peace of mind means everything. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, serene and beautiful place to live you’ve found it. San Milan has been my home for over a year and will need for the best. I have high expectations when it comes to what I call home. Amy Smith, Hannah Clouse exceed those expectations. From move in to lease renewal they are very efficient, friendly and proactive. Beautiful property. Well maintained and clean in every area. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. The front office staff are friendly and professional. New management is top tier! She is great with staff and residents, notices all the details! The pool is like a resort! Food trucks on occasion are so fun! Close to great restaurants, wholefoods and the 101 fwy. One of the best places I have ever lived.
Completely uninhabitable during these late summer months (August to now October 2025) as they continue to water the grass several times every single day and we are overwhelmed with mosquitos. Residents are constantly complaining and their only response is they are using the same pest control company over and over... as things continue to worsen.
