High five to San Palamas Apartments! The service here is excellent and the cleanliness is outstanding. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, professional, and always quick to help. The whole community feels safe, peaceful, and very well kept. The only drawback is the rent, which feels higher compared to the actual space and amenities. I moved into my apt on 8/01. Mario has done an amazing job fixing and advising on the issues with my dryer and the loud noise of my freezer. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. He took the initiative to check on my dryer when he noticed the loud sound when completing a different maintenance ticket and advised to open another ticket on the dryer.
The new manager Maddy is terrible. They're trying to sell out the community spaces and act like that's not an extreme degradation to the value. Give me a discount if I need to be subjected to your stupid vendors that no one wants.
