I previously lived in this complex from 2015 through 2017, I was very happy living here. I moved back to Arizona from Florida in 2023. Moving back to San Paseo was a total disappointment. The apartment was in poor condition, not in move in condition. The bathroom sink and tub would not drain. I called maintenance and they would not fix the clogged drain. I have to give an shoutout to Alexander M. who responded to an after hours emergency call with remarkable speed and efficiency, but what truly stood out was his level of professionalism. He not only helped take care of the the problem quickly but also took the time to explain everything and ensured to update me after officially identifying the problem. His exceptional service and positive attitude made what could have been a very stressful situation much more manageable, and stress free.
I have been a resident at San Paseo for over a month now & I must say it is a very beautiful & pleasant place to live. The landscaping is lush & visually well designed with real grass which my puppy loves to walk on. The environment here is quiet, clean & exceptionally well kept. My apartment is spacious with a wonderfully large kitchen overlooking a living room & a lovely outside patio with views of the lush green landscaping. My wife and I move in about a week ago. So far we really enjoyed the quiet location and all the accommodations included with the lease. The housing complex is in very nice condition and is very clean. Neighbors are all very friendly and we really appreciate the quiet hours. Housing office staff are very friendly and responsive to concerns. Cassie and Marissa are awesome. The only issue we're having upon move in is the remote key fobs do not work reliably with the gates.
