I would not recommend living in these so-called “luxury” apartments. While they may look impressive from the outside, the interior quality is poor, with cheap materials and ongoing maintenance issues. Maintenance requests are consistently ignored or delayed. I have been requesting a replacement for a leaking water tap for almost five months, yet nothing has been done. We just moved in a couple months ago and have had to put in a few maintenance requests. The maintenance team here is amazing, Sean has been the one responding to most of our work orders and he has been so great. He’s quick but also really takes the time to problem solve for a permanent solution. Thank you maintenance team and Sean!!
We live here. So far so good. It's nice, comfortable and quiet. There are amenities for Adults and Children. We really like the Playground on property, well, our kids do. Our last place didn't have anywhere for kids to play without getting yelled at for just being kids and playing in the courtyard.
This apartment complex desperately needs new management (or any management really). My 15 month lease is coming to an end and I feel obligated to warn others before they sign any lease. To make my review as simple as possible I’ll do a pros and cons list below. Cons- • I have had 2 attempted break-ins and multiple instances of people looking through my window (I was 3rd story building 14 in the furthest back corner). I’ve lived in quite a few apartments over the years, but San Pedregal is by far the worst. Luxury living is the complete OPPOSITE of what you’ll get here - but they’ll be sure to charge you like it is luxury. We’ve lived here for two years and this will definitely be our last. I cannot wait until the day I can FINALLY leave this place.
