We’ve lived at San Pedregal since December 2016 and have had a consistently positive experience here. 5 Stars: I Came for the Apartment, Stayed for the Staff Let me just say — I didn’t expect to love an apartment complex this much. Our family moved in thinking, “It’s just a place to live,” but now I’m convinced I accidentally joined a luxury resort with the friendliest secret society ever. The apartment itself? Gorgeous. Moving into our new apartment with the help of Aimee was an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The entire move-in went very conveniently and comfortably. The apartment complex itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained — a truly welcoming place to call home. We’re very happy with our new space and grateful for Aimee’s assistance in making everything go so seamlessly!
We stopped by San Pedregal today and didn’t realize we needed an appointment to talk to the office. Aimee answered the door and was very nice and understanding. She gave us some basic info about the property and then recommended we scheduled a tour to view the models. We will definitely be coming back to check it out more.
I used to live at San Pedregal and truly loved my time there! The sand entrance pool is such a unique and relaxing feature, and the community always felt safe and welcoming. Allie in the office was amazing—always helpful, kind, and willing to go above and beyond whenever I needed anything. Even though I’ve moved into a home now, I still recommend it to friends—such a great place to live!
