Moving into our new apartment with the help of Aimee was an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The entire move-in went very conveniently and comfortably. The apartment complex itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained — a truly welcoming place to call home. We’re very happy with our new space and grateful for Aimee’s assistance in making everything go so seamlessly!

Coming up on a year here at San Pedregal and it’s been nothing but great things. Maintenance is fast and responsive and does a great job at keeping this place running. Want to give a special thanks to Aimee from the leasing staff, always there for any questions or concerns you may have, she’s great. Couldn’t be happier to call this place home.
I used to live at San Pedregal and truly loved my time there! The sand entrance pool is such a unique and relaxing feature, and the community always felt safe and welcoming. Allie in the office was amazing—always helpful, kind, and willing to go above and beyond whenever I needed anything. Even though I’ve moved into a home now, I still recommend it to friends—such a great place to live!
