Maintenance is great! However, the apartments have a water issue, they will charge you 100-200$ a month because there are plumbing issues in the apartment complex and they cant figure out how to fix them. I moved to my new apartment and I only pay 40$ a month. They will also charge you a different fees that they wont tell you upfront. This will add up about 300-400$ to your rent. They even charge you about 60-70$ fee just to pay the rent online (only option),Not clear pricing . Be careful.
water bill has been consistently very high, ranging from $150 to $300, and management is unresponsive to calls and text messages. The apartment has ongoing water leak issues that never seem to be properly fixed. On top of that, homeless people frequently walk into the apartment premises, which raises serious safety concerns. Overall, the lack of maintenance, communication, and security is very disappointing. I would not recommend this apartment to new renters.
I’ve had the pleasure of living at San Pedregal, and I can confidently say it’s a wonderful place to call home. The property is extremely well maintained, and it is clear that a lot of work and care goes into keeping everything in top shape and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate it. 5 Stars: I Came for the Apartment, Stayed for the Staff Let me just say — I didn’t expect to love an apartment complex this much.
