I had an excellent experience working with Milan at the San Piedro leasing office. I visited the office twice, and both times she was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and maintained a very positive and welcoming attitude throughout the process. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my apartment search. I really appreciate her support and highly recommend working with her if you are considering San Piedro Apartments.
E.J. Came to do a water reading the office said might be malfunctioning. He was super professional, very pleasant, respectful and on top of that asked if there is anything he could do for us. I said yes in fact and showed him a couple issues. He said to make a ticket and he would be happy to come fix them. 5 starts isn’t high enough for his kind of service. He’s the kind of employee who makes staying here worth easy as it’s always good to feel someone has you covered and cares.
We put in our first maintenance request since moving here back in May and we were blessed to have EJ come out and assist. He was super quick, helpful and most importantly respectful. We couldn’t have asked for a better maintenance man.
We had an easy going experience getting a tour scheduled and taken care of with Milan. She was informative and answered all our questions. The complex itself was clean, quiet, and feels like a spa due to the amenities. We are very excited!
Our experience here at San Piedra has been amazing so far! We had so many questions throughout the process, and everything was always answered promptly and thoroughly. Milan and Tiffany are the sweetest—they truly made us even more excited to move in and reassured us that we made the right choice. Our apartment was clean and completely ready for us when we arrived. I’m so excited to live here and couldn’t be happier with our decision!
