We did tour at San Piedra today with Andrew. First Andrew was very accommodating and super friendly. He explained everything and just a great person personality for the job. We loved the facility. The apartment layout is what exactly I’m looking for. The apartment seemed well built, very big unit apartment, wonderful staging model apartment and great SS appliances. I found them to be disgusting when I moved my family to a home. We cleaned that apartment & busted our butts for days , to get some of the $900.00 deposit back. We understood losing a $100 or $200. These people are worse then I could imagine, they found any reason to keep $900.00. And on top of that, say I owe a balance of $200.00. My Tia calls people like that, shallow. The counters needed to be “Re-Buffed”, they just made charges up. I wouldn’t recommend them #1054 apartment
I lived at San Piedra for 2 and a half years. My experience has been mixed. Overall I would not recommend living here. I intended to leave my apartment after a year but due to personal circumstances decided to extend my lease. Pros: - very nice, comfortable and modern apartments - great kitchen area in the 2 BR layout - nice landscaping - easy parking - friendly maintenance staff - great gym and amenities Cons: - if you are on the north side, highway noise can be quite bothersome. - for over a year, it turned out that my ... read more
