We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gary from our maintenance team hear at San Piedra and let me say he gave excellent service. Even willing to sweep up what wasn't his mess, just to help out. I found them to be disgusting when I moved my family to a home. We cleaned that apartment & busted our butts for days , to get some of the $900.00 deposit back. We understood losing a $100 or $200. These people are worse then I could imagine, they found any reason to keep $900.00. And on top of that, say I owe a balance of $200.00. My Tia calls people like that, shallow. The counters needed to be “Re-Buffed”, they just made charges up. I wouldn’t recommend them #1054 apartment
I lived at San Piedra for 2 and a half years. My experience has been mixed. Overall I would not recommend living here. I intended to leave my apartment after a year but due to personal circumstances decided to extend my lease. Pros: - very nice, comfortable and modern apartments - great kitchen area in the 2 BR layout - nice landscaping - easy parking - friendly maintenance staff - great gym and amenities Cons: - if you are on the north side, highway noise can be quite bothersome. - for over a year, it turned out that my ... read more
