I've lived here for almost 3 years. Never had any problems. We moved into a bigger unit where the water heater wasn't working. It was fixed same day by their service member Jordan Cola, who was very efficient and courteous. The complex time and time again delivers a 5 star experience, even when issues do come up.
E.J. Came to do a water reading the office said might be malfunctioning. He was super professional, very pleasant, respectful and on top of that asked if there is anything he could do for us. I said yes in fact and showed him a couple issues. He said to make a ticket and he would be happy to come fix them. 5 starts isn’t high enough for his kind of service. He’s the kind of employee who makes staying here worth easy as it’s always good to feel someone has you covered and cares.
Great customer service provided by Jordan Cola. He was helpful, friendly and courteous. Quickly fixed the issue and checked to make sure I was happy with everything before he left. 5 star service!! I didn’t even expect for anyone to come by after speaking with the emergency line. He said that he wanted to try to help. Well, he sure did. He fixed the issue and now I have kitchen back up and with running water. Thanks Jordan!!
I had an excellent experience working with Milan at the San Piedro leasing office. I visited the office twice, and both times she was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and maintained a very positive and welcoming attitude throughout the process. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my apartment search. I really appreciate her support and highly recommend working with her if you are considering San Piedro Apartments.
I was very impressed when I toured with Milan. She helped me imagine my life at San Piedra and was very helpful in finding the right fitting options for me. Milan did a great job listening to my wants and needs and addressing how San Piedra can meet them!
