My fiancé and I shared this apartment with her friend, and we all very much enjoyed this complex. A couple weeks after moving in, our dryer had broken. We put in a maintenance request and the next day we had a new dryer. Other than that small hiccup, this apartment complex was great and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering moving here. The only reason we left was because we needed to move out-of-state.
We have been so happy with the San Prado staff. James was amazing, he was replaced by Adam, who is equally great. They have genuine concern for your experiences and always try to help. Also, the maintenance team is A+. Especially Juan. He is always prompt when you call or put in a ticket. And in our experience, he has always gotten the problem fixed within a couple of hours. And he shows up with a smile on his face. He never makes you feel like your problems/needs are inconveniencing him, even though I am sure he is busy.
Dax and Cam are the best part about this community. They have handled any issues with my apartment with professionalism and efficiency. I know I can count on them for quick help from anything small like new batteries to bigger fixes such as my A/C which they got up and running in a matter of a few hours from my request!
Hello so today I didn’t schedule for a tour. I just did a walk in and Ashley one of the leasing office agents took care of me. She was awesome. She gave me a tour of the 2 bedroom units and the property. I’m also an assistant project manager and I Work with Mark Taylor all the time on new builds. She was honest and I can tell she knew what she was talking about. She Stopped what she was doing and took care of me. I can’t thank her enough!
