Dax and Cam are the best part about this community. They have handled any issues with my apartment with professionalism and efficiency. I know I can count on them for quick help from anything small like new batteries to bigger fixes such as my A/C which they got up and running in a matter of a few hours from my request!
I have lived here at Prado for a year now and it’s honestly been a great place to live. Its safe, quiet, very well kept, and nearby a lot of cool spot’s walking distance. The office staff is so friendly and welcoming. On top of everything, the maintenance crew here is top tier. Dax especially has always gone out of his way to make sure the job gets done. Hello so today I didn’t schedule for a tour. I just did a walk in and Ashley one of the leasing office agents took care of me. She was awesome. She gave me a tour of the 2 bedroom units and the property. I’m also an assistant project manager and I Work with Mark Taylor all the time on new builds. She was honest and I can tell she knew what she was talking about. She Stopped what she was doing and took care of me. I can’t thank her enough!
