Dax and Cam handled my maintenance request for a broken clothing rod holder. But they went above and beyond when they noticed my closet door was dragging on the carpet making it difficult to open. They fixed both issues in the same stop. I was really impressed how they went above and beyond the normal maintenance request and acknowledged the undocumented issue.
I am not sure that I have ever posted a one-star review, but have been dealing with major issues preventing me from sleeping for months. They recently worsened, and management has failed to not only do anything but also ceased responding. This too has been a pattern. No staff on site either- they come in only for tours, and are difficult to reach via phone. Moved in a couple weeks ago and other than the cabinet doors being a little rough, everything has been great so far. Office staff not being onsite is new, but I’ve been able to get a response when needed. The community is well maintained and relatively quiet so far. As most everyone else has said, Dax and Cam have been on top of everything and actually communicative.
Dax from maintenance really helped me figured out my kitchen sink leakage. He was very cordial and respectful! Thank you maintenance team!
Cam and the maintenance team have been outstanding in their responsiveness to maintenance tickets. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail are truly commendable.
