Hello so today I didn’t schedule for a tour. I just did a walk in and Ashley one of the leasing office agents took care of me. She was awesome. She gave me a tour of the 2 bedroom units and the property. I’m also an assistant project manager and I Work with Mark Taylor all the time on new builds. She was honest and I can tell she knew what she was talking about. She Stopped what she was doing and took care of me. I can’t thank her enough!
Dax and Cam are the best part about this community. They have handled any issues with my apartment with professionalism and efficiency. I know I can count on them for quick help from anything small like new batteries to bigger fixes such as my A/C which they got up and running in a matter of a few hours from my request!
Ashley was absolutely incredible! From the moment we met, she was not only super helpful but also brought such a fun and positive energy to the whole experience. She went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who’s both professional and genuinely enjoyable to be around, but Ashley nailed it! Thank you for all your help, Ashley — you truly made a difference!
I have lived here at Prado for a year now and it’s honestly been a great place to live. Its safe, quiet, very well kept, and nearby a lot of cool spot’s walking distance. The office staff is so friendly and welcoming. On top of everything, the maintenance crew here is top tier. Dax especially has always gone out of his way to make sure the job gets done. My girlfriend has lived at San Prado the past year. When i was studying for the bar exam last summer i stayed with her for a while. She would always tell me about the things going on at the complex, but experiencing it for myself was entirely different. (1) Every single day, without failure, they will come with a leaf blower and spend hours blowing leaves.
