San Privada is anything BUT luxury and I advise you to rent anywhere else. The apartment itself has rotten wood floors (especially by the shower), leaky sinks, scorpions, VERY thin walls (you can name the movie your downstairs neighbor is watching at any given moment), dusty vents, and mold. We are paying $1900 in rent and the state of our apartment is worse than the $1000 apartment I lived in prior.
