Been here 5 years and customer service has declined significantly with no one available in-office anymore and managers and staff spread thin supporting multiple properties (from what I was told), instead of being designated to one (this becomes an issue when you lose staff). I've been waiting a week now for a lease renewal quote to determine if I'll renew for another year... this is after following up twice. Recently toured and applied here, and Milan has been excellent throughout the process. She's answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly explained what to expect for move-in. I was also impressed by the property and appreciate how smooth the experience has been so far.
Milan our leasing tour guide gave me the five star treatment! She was simply amazing. There is a lot of amenities and options to be offered and she hit all of them with clarity and great detail. Always pausing to ask if I have any questions. What she didn’t have an answer to- only one question by the way- she said she will find the answer and get back to me asap. Wonderful experience and Milan will be my go to person when not if I move in. Thanks
I’ve had a great overall experience living at San Villante. The apartment layout for the 2 bed / 2 bath is spacious and well-designed, and the community itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the gated access, the gym, and the pool — the amenities really add to the quality of life here. It’s also a very family-friendly environment. We had a visit with San Villante apartment complex yesterday. It was a great experience. We were greeted with lots of positive, energy and smiles from Demi and Milan. They both took time to show us two different apartments. They were so patient and took time to answer a handful of questions from me. They made the visit alone a wonderful experience since shopping for an apartment is so stressful. Demi took time to run thru different scenarios with me on a timeframe that worked.
