Alek is one the nicest around!! Incredibly informative, and truly understands the medicinal purposes this plant is supposed to provide for its patients. Ivan and Eddy as well, have always been stellar. My every trip is nothing but the best. I always recommend this location to everyone I know

I had a very disappointing experience at Sanctuary Miami because of my interaction with Alek. He came across as extremely rude and had an attitude from the moment we spoke. During our interaction, he raised his voice, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. I asked if he could do me a small favor by letting me use my points toward my purchase, but he refused.
