We have two good ladies inside a sanctuary apartments is Miss Ashley and Miss Sophia. Hello , My review is for the maintenance young man Giovanni( Gio) as I call him. His commitment to his work, service, tenants ,making sure we are taking care of is admirable. He is professional, friendly, kind, and caring. He speaks to everyone even if he doesn't know you. The staff at Sanctuary on 51st is amazing! I was caring for my mother’s tortoise for a few days and she ended up escaping out my backyard. Between them and the communication of the maintenance staff I have no idea what I would have done! Ashley , Ed , & Sophia handled everything promptly and really helped me out in finding her. The tortoise was found and returned safely thanks to them & I’m very grateful. Awesome staff! Not to mention their customer service and friendly interactions on the day to day.
5 Stars! My experience with Ashley and Sophia was beyond excellent! From the moment I walked in, Ashley’s sweet and welcoming nature immediately put me at ease. The positive energy was undeniable, and both Ashley and Sophia went above and beyond to make me feel truly welcomed and part of the environment. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference.
Ashley Ruiz is an amazing staff member at our apartment complex! She's always friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. Whether it's answering questions or resolving issues, Ashley goes above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of.
