We have two good ladies inside a sanctuary apartments is Miss Ashley and Miss Sophia. They are the best two women that you can ever rent places from because they’re great they professional they got patience and they help you along the way they walk through the steps an make you feel like you part of the family and I love those ladies because they help me. Whether it's answering questions or resolving issues, Ashley goes above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. The staff at Sanctuary on 51st is amazing! I was caring for my mother’s tortoise for a few days and she ended up escaping out my backyard. Between them and the communication of the maintenance staff I have no idea what I would have done! Ashley , Ed , & Sophia handled everything promptly and really helped me out in finding her. The tortoise was found and returned safely thanks to them & I’m very grateful. Awesome staff! Not to mention their customer service and friendly interactions on the day to day.
The Lovely Ladies In The Office Sophia And Ashley Are The Greatest! They Are So Sweet And Very Attentive, They Get The Job Done And Make You Feel Welcomed And Heard While Doing It! Both Ladies Are Very Patient And Knowledgeable In Their Roles And Deserve A Great Big Pat On The Back! They Are Professional, Fun, And Great At Tailoring Each Experience To The Guest!
