We have been living here for 2 years now. The apartments are modern and beautiful. All of the appliances are new. If anything does break, maintenance is quick to respond to fix the issue. The front office is pleasant and helpful. Living here has been great! I would definitely recommend this complex!
I’ve been living here for a few months and it’s been a pleasant experience so far. Management and service teams are responsive and ensured that my requests were met at a reasonable amount of time. Both Shianne and Brittany are easy to work with and have both been responsive and follows up.
This weekend I went to visit my girlfriend and we wanted to bbq unfortunately the pool was closed cuz there was a canopy in the pool from the dust storm! We went to the office to see if we were going to be able to use the pool the office lady Ashley was very helpful, polite and was quick to resolve the issue so that we can enjoy our Saturday that we planned. Even gave us a call when the pool was open again. That's the customer service that this place needs compared to what it has been!
I was at the pool over the weekend with some friends when a strong wind picked up an umbrella and broke it. A office member (i don’t know her name) came out screaming and yelling at us to leave, saying it wasn’t safe. She was really rude and unprofessional, and we later saw her yelling at the maintenance guy too. At first I thought she might just be having a bad day, but my friend said he’s seen her act like that before with other staff. As a potential new resident, I came to tour this community with my roommate and we were greeted so kindly by Shianne! She answered every question, was truly interested in learning about our wants and needs, and even asked about our personal lives too. Never had a leasing person do that before! She was so energetic and such a positive light in the oh-so stressful apartment hunting process - I’m sure we all can relate to that!
