5 Stars! My experience with Ashley and Sophia was beyond excellent! From the moment I walked in, Ashley’s sweet and welcoming nature immediately put me at ease. The positive energy was undeniable, and both Ashley and Sophia went above and beyond to make me feel truly welcomed and part of the environment. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference.
I just want to take a moment to thank Sophie and the entire team for all of their help. From start to finish, everyone was kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect place. I can honestly say they were like angels sent my way — I had been praying for a new home, and everything came together so smoothly. I’m beyond grateful for their support and for making this process such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
Ashley Ruiz is an amazing staff member at our apartment complex! She's always friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. Whether it's answering questions or resolving issues, Ashley goes above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. Her positive attitude and great communication skills make her a joy to interact with. We feel lucky to have her as part of our community! 5 stars!
The staff at Sanctuary on 51st is amazing! I was caring for my mother’s tortoise for a few days and she ended up escaping out my backyard. Between them and the communication of the maintenance staff I have no idea what I would have done! Ashley , Ed , & Sophia handled everything promptly and really helped me out in finding her. The tortoise was found and returned safely thanks to them & I’m very grateful. Awesome staff! Not to mention their customer service and friendly interactions on the day to day.
