I just took a tour and have to mention how wonderful Sophia is. We had some last second changes and she was more than accommodating and friendly. Her energy is very uplifting and she is great to engage with. She is very knowledgeable and pointed out some wonderful things such as packages/options. We are greatly considering moving here, not just because of how new and beautiful the community looked, but also because of our experience with Sophia.
I can’t say enough great things about the team at this apartment complex. The office staff — Sophia, Ashley, and Ed — are absolutely amazing. They have been incredibly helpful, always answering my questions, assisting whenever I need help, and doing so with kindness, patience, and a great sense of humor. We have two good ladies inside a sanctuary apartments is Miss Ashley and Miss Sophia. They are the best two women that you can ever rent places from because they’re great they professional they got patience and they help you along the way they walk through the steps an make you feel like you part of the family and I love those ladies because they help me. Today Vassie came through and did an excellent job taking care of my home. Changing the vent was the main priority and he ended up fixing the light in the room taking time out of his day to make sure our home is working properly. Loved the customer service and the hustle he has. Truly appreciate the work he did for me and my family.
