I’ve been living here for a few months and it’s been a pleasant experience so far. Management and service teams are responsive and ensured that my requests were met at a reasonable amount of time. Both Shianne and Brittany are easy to work with and have both been responsive and follows up.
This is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in and not just because of the apartment and its amenities, but also because of the staff. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. This is the only management team of an apartment that makes sure that they can do everything in their ability to ensure that residents want to renew their leases. Sanctuary on 51st Apartments are coming along pretty well. I have lived at property over a year and I have to say they are a decent property. They have your normal qorks that this imperfect world displays but even with that they are holding this property to a decent standard! The office staff is always attentive, available and helpful! I came in for a tour recently and was greeted by Shianne in the front, during the whole tour she was attentive to my concerns as a first time renter and made me feel more comfortable with the move in process. She was so sweet and so kind, it really made me feel at home. I am definitely considering this my new home after my overall experience!
Brittany has really been accommodating whenever issues arise & the maintenance team are so quick and efficient when closing out work orders on my home. They have all measures in place to make living here convenient & safe.Thank you to the team here that manages this property.
