THIS TEAM IS DIFFERENT!!!!!! There were some glitches in making initial contact, but once engaged, very professional, efficient, responsive and easy to work with. Listing price was very informed by thorough market analysis. One opportunity for improvement was photography and management of the Zillow listing. There were several photos of each room from different angles, and too many overall. There is a "team" of professionals that work with Sandi, so when you hire her, you are hiring all of her group. Each one specializes in a certain area of the house sale, from listing to close, and title. When you speak with Sandi herself (she is always available via her direct cell phone), she is completely knowledgeable, and she handled two things I had concerns with immediately.
