Dr. Butcher is one of those nice, caring providers. He's professional, efficient, and compassionate. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with him which is s rarity in my experience with doctor appointments. He listens and demonstrates genuine interest. He's very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining things. Just overall a great physician. The blood pressure machine was very painful at initial check-in as it really tightened on my arm. The nurses were very kind and professional and made me feel comfortable. She explained to me what she was doing and also what would happen through my cataract surgery. Dr. Brundige was also very kind and came right before they took me back and set my mind at ease. At discharge the nurse explained what I was to do at home.
I’ve been cared for by Dr. Glen Pate for more years than I can count anymore. Dr. Pate has provided outstanding care for me any my wife. Open discussions with Dr. Pate become learning experiences for us. The check in staff is efficient and professional. Never a problem. The back end crew provides excellent care paying, scheduling next year’s appointment, and ordering new glasses. Great people who know what they are doing. Discover Vision on North Oak is the place to go for vision care.
Very impressed with the process and attention. Going in soon for cataract surgery. Amazed at the time and care they put in to making me feel comfortable and making sure all of my questions and concerns were dealt with. It us a great feeling to find a place like this where you are not treated like you are an annoyance and shuffled along. Great Job Brandy and Dr Brundidge!
Saw Dr Brundige for my annual eye exam and measure for glasses. I am very happy with Dr Brundige and his staff. They are always friendly, professional and thorough. He walks me through every procedure and explains his findings on terms I can understand! Recommend this Dr. and Discover O to anyone!
