Dr Pate recognized the need to modify my visit from a Glasses review appointment to a medical visit. He thoroughly explained everything to me and conducted a thorough exam. He and his team spent extra time answering my questions and listening to my feedback about my vision and other medical items. He treated me as a person and focused on a holistic approach to my care.
The very beautiful lady that came and got me from the waiting room, was very kind and understanding. Made things very simple for me to answer and she was nice and friendly. The eye doctor Robert Butcher DD like always very pleasant and easy to understand. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was awesome. Thank you Discover Vision Center for a wonderful visit. Let me first off say that they have really great bedside manner, I got really sick and the nice young lady had no problem with grabbing me a fan. Now a few at the first desk, I'm going to say were lost as if I didn't belong there, so I asked her to just leave me be and to please send the Dr. She stated he was with another patient so I waited for him. I have been going to Dr. Butcher for many years now, and would not even consider going anywhere else. Dr. Butcher is a very caring and attentive doctor; you always feel you’re getting the best care possible. Also the entire office is very efficient and helpful.
Excellent visit! The staff was outstanding, including the front desk, the exam personnel, and the ladies in the glasses and checkout department. It was a pleasant experience. Courtesy and helpfulness really makes a difference.
