The very beautiful lady that came and got me from the waiting room, was very kind and understanding. Made things very simple for me to answer and she was nice and friendly. The eye doctor Robert Butcher DD like always very pleasant and easy to understand. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was awesome. Thank you Discover Vision Center for a wonderful visit. I had an eye exam with Dr. Pate at the Discover Vision office on N. Oak. I was greeted and assisted with a friendly smile at both the front desk and checkout desk. Dr. Pate, as well as his assistant, were very friendly, informative, and thorough in my exam. Everyone made me feel at ease and well cared for.
Dr. Butcher is one of those nice, caring providers. He's professional, efficient, and compassionate. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with him which is s rarity in my experience with doctor appointments. He listens and demonstrates genuine interest. He's very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining things. Just overall a great physician. Dr. Pate and the staff at the Discover Vision Centers are so incredible! They fit me in when I have an eye emergency. They are kind and patient. I appreciate Dr. Pate’s sense of urgency, his expertise and professionalism, and the way he truly cares about my eye health. I fully trust him with my eyes! I will continue going to this office because they are the best!
Let me first off say that they have really great bedside manner, I got really sick and the nice young lady had no problem with grabbing me a fan. Now a few at the first desk, I'm going to say were lost as if I didn't belong there, so I asked her to just leave me be and to please send the Dr. She stated he was with another patient so I waited for him.
