Great place to do Business always quick to respond and always get things very quickly from them
I have had two deliveries from Sands. Very professional. I have some questions and called about my prescription. They were extremely helpful explaining the delivery and process.
The products are top tier and the customer service is outstanding
My overall experience has been great. Until my last call The kid I talked to was very confusing and got it all backwards. Quite disappointed cause I got a text the next day and all the information was wrong. I still at this point am confused about the hen and the here my prescription will be sent. And at$300 a month that has to be kept refrigerated it’s a little concerning

Victoria McKenzie did a fantastic job giving me my IVIG treatments. She is friendly, professional, and she explained to me the logic of having an IV in the hand, which hadn't been explained to me in over 40 years! I just wished that she lived in Houston, so that she could be my regular nurse!
