The products are top tier and the customer service is outstanding
My overall experience has been great. Until my last call The kid I talked to was very confusing and got it all backwards. Quite disappointed cause I got a text the next day and all the information was wrong. I still at this point am confused about the hen and the here my prescription will be sent. And at$300 a month that has to be kept refrigerated it’s a little concerning

Victoria McKenzie did a fantastic job giving me my IVIG treatments. She is friendly, professional, and she explained to me the logic of having an IV in the hand, which hadn't been explained to me in over 40 years! I just wished that she lived in Houston, so that she could be my regular nurse!

Sands Rx has a wonderful compounding pharmacy! I’m thrilled to be able to get hormone replacement at a great cost, along with speedy delivery. I’m extremely impressed with their customer service reps as well. I specifically ask for Valerie when I call because she always seems super happy to help to help me, and answer any of my questions concerning my HRP Rx. Literally the best customer service rep I’ve ever spoken with! Thank you guys for being a great pharmacy with amazing Customer Service Reps!
I called and spoke with Valerie today and she was so helpful and kind. She answered all of the questions I had and was able to get my medication filled for me today. Definitely recommend Sands rx
