Sands Rx has a wonderful compounding pharmacy! I’m thrilled to be able to get hormone replacement at a great cost, along with speedy delivery.  I’m extremely impressed with their customer service reps as well. I specifically ask for Valerie when I call because she always seems super happy to help to help me, and answer any of my questions concerning my HRP Rx. Literally the best customer service rep I’ve ever spoken with! Thank you guys for being a great pharmacy with amazing Customer Service Reps!

I called and spoke with Valerie today and she was so helpful and kind. She answered all of the questions I had and was able to get my medication filled for me today. Definitely recommend Sands rx

I just got off the phone with Leslie at SandsRx, who will once again be helping me fulfill IVF orders. What a special organization Sands is - I can't begin to describe how complicated science-involved family planning can be, but between my fertility client and truly the amazing Sands staff, it's like IVF for dummies, anyone can do this and feel very supported and educated in doing so. Thank you so much Sands for helping my family to grow!

I am a new customer with Sans RX. I had to call them for setting up my new prescription. I spoke with a young lady named Valerie and she was one of the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with for this type of interaction. She was super helpful helpful!

Just spoke to Valerie who was wonderful and so kind. She assisted me with a unique question and she even got help from her team mate...great teamwork! I miss great customer service especially nowadays when it seems to be lacking but not here! They are awesome! Thank you!

Leticia, was very patient as she understood I suffer from a brain injury. She was very informative as she provided detailed information on my medication. Leticia has impeccable customer service skills, and I was overall highly satisfied without spending little to zero time on hold.

The team was extremely helpful with every question I had and put to rest all my fears! The first person I talked there was Toy, we both hit it off from the get go! I especially appreciated the help given in using a syringe as opposed to an EPI pen. My wife administered the shots as I chose the cowards way out. The product works! If asked I will recommend y'all to anyone who may be in need. Wish y'all a Merry Christmas! Thanks to all.
