Excellent customer service. Rose was attentive and very pleasant. She assisted me professionally. Dr. Taylor was so thorough. Took her time and I felt so comfortable as a new patient. I highly recommend going for your health care needs.
The absolute worst patient experience. They have an off-site answering system that has no idea what's going on because the people who answer the phone do not work on site of the office you're going to. They refer to providers as doctors when they're not, which is very confusing. Every time I call, a representative tells me something different or the call drops after 20 minutes of being on the phone and explaining your situation. Sanitas Coral springs, Dr Tatiana Caballero and her assistant Janina offered an amazing visit. They were patient and very professional. She spent her time asking questions making me feel comfortable. Excellent care could not recommend her enough.
I love Dr. Taylor... she is the best Doc ever, her staff is wonderful and the wait time upon arrival to see the doctor is always minimal. She listens and exudes caring, I highly recommend her.
Dr Caballero is amazing, awesome personality, very thorough every time. Nurse Janina is always very welcoming, so as front desk Ana. Always a good experience at this location!
