If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Let me start by saying that my nurse practitioner is amazing, thorough and very kind. But everything else in that office is scary bad. I’m a nurse practitioner myself, and I have never experienced such incompetence in an office as I have. I have gotten incorrect referrals, the runaround about said referral, the referral center has lied to my face that they’ve sent things to my specialist and never have. I came here for the walk in urgent care as this is the center my insurance covers. I was prepared for a long wait after reading reviews but was pleasantly surprised by little to no wait, which was the only positive from this experience. This visit was concerning to say the least. The medical assistant didn’t know how to take my vitals, I ended up taking my own temp because he didn’t know to put it under my tongue and then incorrectly took my blood pressure and made up the number when I asked. Dr. Nora Figueroa has been my primary doctor since 3 years. She's the best doctor I have ever had. She cares, she listens, she gives you the time you need to address your issues and concerns. I will continue using Dr. Figueroa for as long as she will have me as a patient. Her nurse, Carolina, also cares and makes you feel very comfortable. She's efficient and caring. I am extremely happy with my medical care!
I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM, but due to their awful parking situation, by the time I finally found a spot and walked in, it was 1:05 PM. I checked in, and they handed me a huge packet to fill out, which took me another 10 minutes. After finishing the paperwork, I went up to submit it, along with my insurance and ID card, and waited. Terrible place, the girls ate the check in desk are so slow and incompetent they take forever to do their job. I think people in this location may not know what they’re doing, starting soon as you arrive… Had Drs, give me wrong referrals so many times, one day even got a referral with address to NJ🤬🤬 It’s ridiculous… I’m looking for a new PCP, can’t stand wait for 15-20 for check in. It’s unbelievable…
