My experience with Sanitas Medical Clinic was incredibly disheartening and ultimately led to severe health consequences. I was in desperate need of an appointment with my urologist due to ongoing kidney issues, but the clinic's poor management and inadequate resources proved to be a major obstacle in receiving the necessary care. My experiences with Sanitas Urgent Care in Plantation have always been great. Their care and commitment to the patients are incredible. Nurse Practitioner Sijo Jose is a wonderful and caring healthcare professional. The team was also great including Rosa the MA and the XRay technician. I always get great care there. I recommend this healthcare facility to everyone who sees this review. They are professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of healthcare.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Let me start by saying that my nurse practitioner is amazing, thorough and very kind. But everything else in that office is scary bad. I’m a nurse practitioner myself, and I have never experienced such incompetence in an office as I have. I have gotten incorrect referrals, the runaround about said referral, the referral center has lied to my face that they’ve sent things to my specialist and never have. I been twice here, the primary Physician it's NOT A DOCTOR, that was disappointment number 1, after waiting to get my yearly appointment for a LONG TIME they give me some medicine from their pharmacy that didn't work, like they gave me placebo. after that INCONVENIENCE I decided i want my prescriptions from Publix they say that they work with Walgreen and after I had to explain that I was and am still waiting for my refills, and they continue to offer no help
Made an appointment to get my blood type for a document. Was supposed to get a confirmation by email that never came. Finally got a phone call days later confirming my visit. When I arrived thay had a hard time finding my appointment because it was entered as a physical. I was told I needed an order first from the doctor which I understand but that I couldn't get the appointment for blood work for 2 weeks and then wait for the results.
