I recently visited after cutting my little finger, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. The wait time was minimal, and the entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease, despite the injury. Dr. Sijo Jose was exceptional. He thoroughly examined my finger, explained the situation clearly, and handled the procedure with great skill and care. Lab tech Monica was great I know that finding my veins can be a bit of a challenge so when she couldn’t she didn’t have a problem asking for assistance from her colleague instead of sticking me countless of times she sought help and that made all the difference in my visit. They made me laugh and helped me to relax in order to draw my blood. I wish I knew the name of the other woman however they both were great.
Scheduled a virtual call for seizure medicine. Was placed on several holds transferred to several people until I was finally placed on the phone with someone. After the visit I was told the medicine prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. Well after being going to several Walgreens I was in formed the Dr. did not put the prescription in properly and it was rejected and never corrected. Providers at Urgent Care are clearly uninterested in helping patients. I have visited and spoken with Dave Caldera twice and overheard him discussing how frequent and “overworked” he is with patients. While I was waiting behind the curtains, I overhead him and medical staff discuss how they wanted to go home early and don’t want to make any “medical errors” since they were rushing. Unbelievable. Sanitas needs to do better and reevaluate their doctors.
