This is the best place for medical care. The people who make up the patient care team are very professional, have a generous attitude, and are always willing to help users. From the moment you enter the place, you perceive a pleasant atmosphere, from the receptionist to Dr. Edward Navarretti, wonderful, willing, and extremely professional. My best experience in terms of medical care! 10/10

Staff is incompetent. The system as a whole is disorganized. Poor communication within the departments. These people had me running around in circles to get some test results sent to my doctor. They made something very simple very complicated and causing me a lot of time and waisted energy.  I finally got someone on the phone who was able to do what they were initially supposed to do.  I don’t recommend this place at all

Terrible service. The doctors are a revolving door. See one and they are no longer there six months later. I booked and appointment three weeks ago, they called and rescheduled me to a different location, different day. Today, they call again to reschedule me to a different location, different day. Asked for my insurance information each time. Why don't they log it in. Hopefully, my appointment next week will actually happen. After such, I will be looking elsewhere for a primary physician and I suggest everyone else ... read more

This medical group is terrible. The doctors are a revolving door. The one you see this time won't be there in six months. They are very unorganized. I book and appointment, a week before they call and say I need to go to another location. I said Ok. Now today, I get called and they tell me they can not see me as I am on Medicare. That's why they moved my first appointment! I am typing this as I am on hold, now at 37 minutes, to maybe get this resolved. I suggest anyone to go elsewhere........

I have been going to Sanitas Medical for years and even though I have had my share of issues, I have stayed, because I finally found a great practitioner ( Isabella Aquero Milanes in the Lake Worth office). They are terrible with referrals, their customer service via the telephone is the worst, but I stayed. Because of Dr. Isabella and the staff the work's directly with her. However yesterday I received a letter from Florida Blue letting me know that Sanitas Medical is no longer taking Medicare patients, they stated that I h... read more

The doctors are nice enough , but their overall system is terrible . Everything is driven out of a large call center and their system is badly broken . It can take weeks to get a referral from your PCP , and you will have to cal many many times to keep it moving . The call center is somewhere in Latin America and it is truly difficult to communicate anything complex to the cutler reps . Often either I can't understand them , or they can't understand me . Anytime you try to get something done , it goes into a black hole ... read more

Their online program for speaking to a doctor 24/7 is really great, but good lord help you if you need anything related to being female. When I tried to put in a request to refill my birth control medication, the guy on the phone violated HIPAA by not allowing me to put in the request without telling him what I needed it for. I did, and he said he put the request in, but three days later, I still had to do an online appointment to get it from a doctor directly - after having missed a day. The doctor that did a small routi... read more

Clean and nice physical environment, however Dr. Susana Brandt was almost a hour late for our appointment. Entered the room where I was in barely looking at my face, with her laptop in hands, didn't say anything about her delay. She speaks a poor English, her examination took around 1min30sec. She didn't explain anything, she didn't tell me how to take the antibiotics and why she was giving them to me. She was unpolite when asked (apparently she doesn't like to me asked anything, you must just obey and abide to her). She is ... read more

Wasted my time going to the one in Coral Springs today. Useless doesn't even begin to describe the service these people provide. Went in feeling like shit, left feeling like shit, no hope of ever getting better. Same shot different day.
