I am currently not a satisfied customer. My main concern about today's appointment is that I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early for a scheduled time of 12:05 PM. I arrived at 11:50 AM, and it is now 12:55 PM, and I am still waiting to be seen without any explanation for the delay. I came solely to receive the results of an MRI I had on my arm. I was having second thoughts about going to this Clinic for my Annual Wellness Check because I was very disappointed with last year’s attention. This year I had a different NP and she was definitely more attentive and I felt like she really cared. E
My new PCP, Jose Caceres, could not have been more patient and thorough with me. I had a list of 8 items that I was looking to discuss and all of them were addressed satisfactorily.
Always grateful for this very special place where each and every person who works there truly cares about you. They are kind, attentive, respectful, and have excellent doctors who genuinely care.
Great doctor’s office. They truly care about their patients. If you’re on the government Florida Blue insurance, this is the place to go. I have a condition where I nearly pass out during blood draws, & they give me water & talk to me until my vision & hearing come back in 2-3 minutes. I don’t know what causes it, but I think my blood pressure just temporarily drops too low or something, but they know exactly how to handle it.
