Great doctor’s office. They truly care about their patients. If you’re on the government Florida Blue insurance, this is the place to go. I have a condition where I nearly pass out during blood draws, & they give me water & talk to me until my vision & hearing come back in 2-3 minutes. I don’t know what causes it, but I think my blood pressure just temporarily drops too low or something, but they know exactly how to handle it.
Horrible experience. Appointments mean nothing in this place. The disorganization is first class, you could be waiting for hours only to be told that "someone" randomly took you off the list for no apparent reason. I have worked in healthcare for over a decade and I have never seen this level of carelessness and incompetence. I literally cancelled my insurance today, if Florida Blue forces me to use this crap hole for primary care, the insurance is as good as worthless.

All practitioner front desk hardly knows what to schedule you for. One ocasion they asked my daughter to come in to pick up a dose of a medicine she wasn’t even prescribed. They made an appointment for her birth control when she should up for her appointment they told her they don’t do it there the appointment was just to talk about birth control pills. She never got her questions answered and was always given a follow up appointment.
I seeing many drs before, but now I found the best Dr that is Dr Vana . He make you feel very important as his patient He treats you with respect.. Listening intently. He shows you , your chart present and updated ones . There is little to no confusion My condition has improved 90% under his care. I am very very happy with Dr Vana Clinical experience and clinical expertise.
