Use to be a good place. Now suck. My gyn asked for some test and look like the practitioner nurse assistant didn't understand the paper and didn't order the proper tests and make me lose my surgery. Had to stay 1 more month with pain and bleeding. Because her incompetency.
Johanna was amazing at doing my blood work and was so supportive. Definitely looking forward to seeing her again.
I've gone to this location a few times already and always had a welcoming experience. Everyone on staff has been very helpful and kind. I had the luck of having Catalina Egana as my Care Educator Nurse, who very helpfully educated me on many topics regarding my condition. Both Catalina and many other members of the staff are also bilingual as well, which is always a great boon!
Ms. Joanna Navarro, was a great help! After I completed my physical, I needed my athletic physical documents uploaded and printed. Joanna printed all of my documents and made sure everything was filled out for me, called me the day after right when I got off from work to come in and pick up my documents. She’s a Professional, 5 stars!
MS. Yamille Pupo APRN provides person centered care.She takes time to answer my questions ,and address my concerns.I am not an easy patient to deal with, and I often have walked in with high anxiety.( having bad experiences in the past) Everyone from the receptionist to the medical assistants in this office were very friendly, and patient. A very refreshing change compared to community care I've received in the past where Ive left feeling like an inconvenience..Thank you!
