Excellent service. Wait time was minimal. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Maria Rodriguez is very attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I am very pleased with my visit.
I had to switch insurances and PCPs and I have to say I was skeptical at first but I am very impressed with Dr. Tamara Pedroso Marquez and the staff located on Chickasaw Orlando. I have always had good communication and contact with Jennifer. Maria, Karina and Jimmy.
Im a new patient. I had appointment 3/5 @1:50 pm. It’s now 5pm 3/6 and this place can’t seem to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. I’ve been to the pharmacy 2x and went back to the provider today and still nothing. Mr. Flores is a very nice fellow, but this practice has actually made my symptoms worse and I wish I would have chosen a different provider. A CLOWN CAR!!! As was mentioned in previous reviews, you can’t get a referral, even for things THEY DON’T DO. I am a patient and about to be a former patient. They drag their feet, repeatedly screw up, make excuses and make it almost impossible for you to get the healthcare you need. I will be calling my insurance carrier to find another primary. I came back to Sanitas Medical Center after 2 years, and I'm surprised by how nice and fast they attended me today. Great services, all the medical assistants are very kind, and Doctor Jenny Despujos is very nice and patient.
