Please for the love of god never come here. Worst dr office I have ever dealt with. They gave me a referral for a gyno who has been dead for over two years, and when I requested a change they told me to choose one and submit the info to them. I did, and have called weekly since, and they have not provided authorization. Now they are claiming it is too far out from the initial appointment to provide a referral, despite me working within their window and them failing to provide the service I have paid for. Dr. Carmen (Allende) was great. I went there for my physical today and she went over my results and also told me about some changes that I can make to my diet so that I won’t develop diabetes. I didn’t feel rushed and she helped me with all of my medication needs. I would definitely recommend. Friendly staff as well.
I can't speak for their other locations but I wouldn't recommend the Chickasaw Trail office. You are treated like a number , the office staff is unprofessional, long wait times & once you're in the room to see the doctor you will be rushed through your appointment they don't get your medications right & getting referrals is a hassle. I can’t believe I went in person got one info directly from the practitioner, then I called a few times and they assured me they had sent my referral directly to AH for colonoscopy, today I went in person then they called me and gave me other info and in the same conversation I received another information. They state their referrals can’t be to a specific Dr but it is whatever Dr the system “throws”. The in visit Dr and nurses are helpful, the only problem is trying to call for a prescription refill. It is a call center and you only talk to a call center that can only give a request. It is a long process to get it and if they send it wrong it is a even longer process. I can’t pay every time for a appointment or take time off from work to get a prescription refill. I like the office, but communication is awful!!!
