Where is this damn place? Arrived at the address for my appointment 30 minutes early, had to park a mile away, ran to the office in the rain and the AdventHealth directory doesn't list Sanitas facilities OR the physicians I made an appointment with. No reception to speak of and calling the office line connects you to someone that's not on premises that can only provide street directions to the address. This center does not cooperate with referrals for specialists period. This center forced my surgery to be delayed by two weeks because they could not be bothered to fill out simple paperwork. And now my medical infusions are being delayed because they AGAIN refuse to fill out the necessary paperwork. My specialist called their office multiple times for me and they claim I am not a patient here when I am. I do not understand why this office is so utterly incompetent. Jennifer helped me at the front desk with great service and attention to detail. Johnny’s care and Dr Rodriguez were amazing as usual too.
While they had some decent services in the oast. They lacked in customer care. My referral was never sent to a specialist and this lead to the office cancelling an 3 month old appointment. What a disgrace .
My 1st visit went well Dr. Rodriguez was pleasant and sweet lady.
