Dr. Carmen (Allende) was great. I went there for my physical today and she went over my results and also told me about some changes that I can make to my diet so that I won’t develop diabetes. I didn’t feel rushed and she helped me with all of my medication needs. I would definitely recommend. Friendly staff as well.
I can’t believe I went in person got one info directly from the practitioner, then I called a few times and they assured me they had sent my referral directly to AH for colonoscopy, today I went in person then they called me and gave me other info and in the same conversation I received another information. They state their referrals can’t be to a specific Dr but it is whatever Dr the system “throws”. I go to the Chickasaw branch & have been seeing Dr. Maria Rodriguez for the last few couple of years, I am very pleased with the level of care she provides me with and the staff are all super friendly. Judy who is in charge of their Diabetes program is AMAZING, I can’t say enough good things about her, super down to earth, realistic, and is always going above & beyond to make her patients feel heard and have a great experience EVERY TIME. She is simply the BEST!
Such a wonderful experience . Amazing great people . I’m grateful and very thankful . From the front desk . To the wonderful nurse and an amazing Doctor Tamara Pedroso . They make you feel important you’re not just a job to them. They make you feel important and the care that they’re giving is above and beyond . Loving and Caring people . The smile on their faces makes you feel better already. They’re actually listening to the patient. I Highly recommend them . I’m very grateful to find them .
I can't speak for their other locations but I wouldn't recommend the Chickasaw Trail office. You are treated like a number , the office staff is unprofessional, long wait times & once you're in the room to see the doctor you will be rushed through your appointment they don't get your medications right & getting referrals is a hassle. This isn't a one time thing I've had many bad experiences at this location. I have already filed a complaint with this location through email with no response as of yet.
