First there is barely any parking at the building so be sure to come early. You will have to walk. I had a 10:50am appointment. Got there at 10:30am. The kid who works at the front desk is completely incompetent. Asked me my last name and said ok you're good. So I sat and waited and waited. At about 11:40am I noticed patients who came in after me being called back. I approached the front desk and said something the kid said sorry and that he never put me in the freaking system!!!! BEWARE!! Read the negative reviews carefully! I was assigned to a PCP in this practice and let me tell you, they are HORIIBLE WITH SENDING REFERRALS. I had been waiting for my specialists’ appointments for months! I asked this doctor to send a referral to those offices with updated insurance information. One of the referrals was sent with wrong information and so late that I had to reschedule twice. The other referral was sent to a different doctor! Im a new patient. I had appointment 3/5 @1:50 pm. It’s now 5pm 3/6 and this place can’t seem to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. I’ve been to the pharmacy 2x and went back to the provider today and still nothing. Mr. Flores is a very nice fellow, but this practice has actually made my symptoms worse and I wish I would have chosen a different provider. Where is this damn place? Arrived at the address for my appointment 30 minutes early, had to park a mile away, ran to the office in the rain and the AdventHealth directory doesn't list Sanitas facilities OR the physicians I made an appointment with. No reception to speak of and calling the office line connects you to someone that's not on premises that can only provide street directions to the address. Left without even finding the office, will find another provider that can provide an accurate address or directions to find ... read more
I came back to Sanitas Medical Center after 2 years, and I'm surprised by how nice and fast they attended me today. Great services, all the medical assistants are very kind, and Doctor Jenny Despujos is very nice and patient.
