My family and I have been coming to this facility for over two years, and we are so pleased with the staff. The nurses, receptionists, technicians, and doctors are all kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Maria, in particular, was especially dedicated today, ensuring we were comfortable and assisting us with making additional appointments. I am very grateful to have found this clinic! Note: they are 100% bilingual > español 🙏
Thank you Sanitas for the best Service. Very excellent center. Rapid service and clean establishment. Luisa took care of me and helped me a lot while i was there trying to finish my lab tests.
I would also like to add that the technician that did my ultrasound and trans abdominal test was amazing! I was nervous about my appointment.. no need to be.. she made me feel like I was family! I want to sincerely thank Dr. Rafael Crespo and Nurse Carolina for the excellent care they provided during my visit. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made me feel well cared for and at ease at all times. The front desk service was also excellent. I came at 3:26pm today to get antibiotics for an infection with a wisdom tooth extraction I had, the door was locked and someone came to the door (he seemed really uncomfortable and awkward) and when I asked if urgent care was closed already he said yeah for the day. They’re supposed to be open until 4pm!!! This is ridiculous and now I just wasted my money coming out here
