My family and I have been coming to this facility for over two years, and we are so pleased with the staff. The nurses, receptionists, technicians, and doctors are all kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Maria, in particular, was especially dedicated today, ensuring we were comfortable and assisting us with making additional appointments. I am very grateful to have found this clinic! Ms. K. Barbosa was of tremendous help to me personal this morning. From the minute I entered the building I was greeted with a big smile and how can I help you greetings. She directed me to where I should go. I need some information about this Sanitas office operation and she gave me all I wanted Annie let me able to choose which location I would prefer to use. She even offer mine a bottle of water which was so welcoming. She is a wow for me so early in the morning ❤️🌹
Luisa Barbosa Was a Great help !!! She was absolutely 💯 awesome. Her personality and her demeanor is outstanding!!! We definitely need more people like her in the medical field. I really appreciate of her due diligence.
Norrisa is AMAZING! she took care of me with such a good care, she is polite, gently, friendly. She is the angel you need. Come and see it for yourself. Also all the staff is great, the facilities are clean and everyone is always with a smile.
I waited over two hours to speak to the doctor to review my lab reports. The ultrasounds were taken close to a month ago. I never received a call from the doctors to let me know the reports were even in. Then to learn about the outcome, I had to schedule another appointment to come in person to review them. Once the doctor came into the room, she told me exactly what was on the PDF that I had already read. No new information.
