I enjoyed my visit at the Poinciana Sanitas location where the staff were professional and provided the best customer service from the receptionist to the person who took my labs. There was no wait time and all my questions were answered. I’d definitely come back.

I don’t get what the hype is about this place—the app is complete trash, staff is mid, in-house testing even worse, and Joanna Bernardi ESPECIALLY is AWFUL. She didn't listen to any of my concerns or take my medical history into consideration. Despite explaining that I’m in between treatments, she didn’t look at any of my past lab work and even ignored the complexities of my condition, brushing off my concerns about my BP/HR. My wife had an appointment at 2:05 p.m. We got there at 1:30 p.m. and they kept us waiting until 3:00 p.m. to see her. I consider it a lack of respect and consideration for patients, people don't go to the doctor for fun They go because they feel bad and you make us feel more bad with that wait.
Great staff!!! Joanna Bernardi is heaven sent!!! Thank you for having such a great bedside manner and not only being really knowledgeable but for also being approachable. My teenage daughters really respect and enjoy her. We appreciate everyone at Sanitas Medical Center.
