The reason I choose Sanitas it’s because I’ve always heard great comments about Sanitas. Ever since I started going to Sanitas my experience has been excellence between the friendly staff and Joanna Bernardi I also got to meet Ailin Mora they are both very compassionate and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue my healthcare with Sanitas. Overall, I give them over 100% great service ❤️
I enjoyed my visit at the Poinciana Sanitas location where the staff were professional and provided the best customer service from the receptionist to the person who took my labs. There was no wait time and all my questions were answered. I’d definitely come back.
The team is great and fast and provider Mora won’t change at all the MA and lab tech Deli sweat and caring and fast love this place
Received an absurd amount of calls from the office this weekend over 10 per day to make an appointment I already scheduled to review results. However previously they’ve canceled appointments without notification and there’s always a long wait.
Everyone make you feel like you’re in good hands. Professional, and smiling. Does follow up by checking on you . Wonderful!
