I am going to start off my saying I haven’t had great experiences with doctors or specialists. I have a rare condition that a lot of doctors pass off as something else, don’t want to try to resolve it for me, or downplay my situation. My wife had an appointment at 2:05 p.m. We got there at 1:30 p.m. and they kept us waiting until 3:00 p.m. to see her. I consider it a lack of respect and consideration for patients, people don't go to the doctor for fun They go because they feel bad and you make us feel more bad with that wait.
Great staff!!! Joanna Bernardi is heaven sent!!! Thank you for having such a great bedside manner and not only being really knowledgeable but for also being approachable. My teenage daughters really respect and enjoy her. We appreciate everyone at Sanitas Medical Center.
Dr. Joanna Bernardi is amazing! She is really kind, she actually takes the time to talk to you and do not rush you. She even called me directly and spoke with me, I never had a doctor personally reach out to me. She was the only doctor willing to help, I truly appreciate her kindness and compassion to really help and understand the pain and complications I am having after my surgery.
