I enjoyed my visit at the Poinciana Sanitas location where the staff were professional and provided the best customer service from the receptionist to the person who took my labs. There was no wait time and all my questions were answered. I’d definitely come back.
Received an absurd amount of calls from the office this weekend over 10 per day to make an appointment I already scheduled to review results. However previously they’ve canceled appointments without notification and there’s always a long wait.
Everyone make you feel like you’re in good hands. Professional, and smiling. Does follow up by checking on you . Wonderful!
Caring provider, easy appointments, courteous and capable staff. Close to my home. Works very well with Florida Blue HMO. Very happy.
My wife had an appointment at 2:05 p.m. We got there at 1:30 p.m. and they kept us waiting until 3:00 p.m. to see her. I consider it a lack of respect and consideration for patients, people don't go to the doctor for fun They go because they feel bad and you make us feel more bad with that wait.
