With the exception of the lady at the front counter...ugh! I had an excellent experience at the Lake worth office. Everyone was caring, attentive and polite, specially Dr. Color, her Nurse and the young ladies at their pharmacy. Thank you so much to all!
I was a patient at Sanitas back in 2021, and I honestly felt I would never return to the place due to the horrible experiences I had there in 2021. However, after taking a chance and returning to Sanitas now in 2024, I'm extremely glad I did. The entire experience was completely differant, it was a 100% improvement in patient care, advocacy, and professionalism throughout my entire visit. First time at the Wellington location as a new patient. II had a great experience from the time I arrived until I left. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I met with Carline Morey the nurse practioner. She was very friendly and was thorough when asking me about my medical history. I am so glad I chose this location. I feel like I am in good hands!
First time appointment rescheduled from the Sanitas Lake Worth. Appointment was 3:55pm and I arrived 4:07pm. First time being there, and GPS was not accurate because of the amount of businesses in one building. There is no signage outside or on the building. The interior sign is an 8 1/2 paper size sign saying Sanitas. Was given some kind of greeting from the front desk as I walked through door which is at least 10 feet away. Sanitas Medical Center Wellington is awesome! The staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and quite welcoming. My doctor Carline Morey is one of the best doctors around. Her aura and kindness offers the kind of comfort that’s just exceptionally rare. She’s SUPER intelligent, she pays attention to my needs. I would definitely recommend this place to all.
