Normally I don’t leave reviews, but in this case, I felt it was necessary. I’ve had great experiences at Sanitas Medical Center in the past. The last time I visited the clinic, the staff was welcoming, the doctor was excellent, and the service was fast and professional — everything was handled with care, and I truly appreciated that. Excellent attention overall. The front desk employee was super gente and diligent, always willing to help. The facility is so clean. A little waiting time. The nurse was so kind and knowledgeable. I was amazed with the treatment and wisdom of Dr. Fernández . We had a great experience more when you're sick and need help.
Dr is very nice…. I went to get my bloodwork and it’s been over 2 weeks and no call about a follow up but I was sent vitamins. I have called 3 times to get my on line account fixed and I still have no access to my portal…
The Dr and the Staff are very profesional and went beyond my expectations. The Dr Parra was very informative and knowledgeable. Also, respond to my questions and concerns. Helped me with my situation in a perfect way and gave me more options. The front desk and nurse were friendly and took time to explain my best options for care. I fell they care about me and my situation. So happy i choose Sanitas Westchester, my best option ever!!!! Thank you all at Westchester..
None of the Centers Really work , I thought it was me , and change to another center and the service its the same , THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH ! , be careful that they have a way to convince you to go to their " recommended: providers I guess they get kick backs for this , if you are concern about your health go anywhere else i will be filing a complain to Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), and for sure the year its over it has been a nightmare , I will change providers and any single doctor they ... read more
