Great experience so far . I got in quickly and Dr. Brenda Hernandez was very attentive and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, ordered applicable tests and bloodwork. I’m going back for my follow up in a couple weeks. I felt she was easy to talk to and listened. Recommend her! My only complaint is the inability to call the office easily, you have to go through a call center and sometimes can’t get through with questions you may have forgotten to ask etc. in a timely manner. But the doctor is great.
Unfortunately, our experience today was quite disappointing. My wife is pregnant, and we came to this hospital with an appointment to get a blood test for her. We clearly explained the situation to the receptionist: “My wife is pregnant, and we would like to get a blood test.” The receptionist gave us some paperwork to fill out. After completing the forms, we waited for about 2.5 hours. At the end of the wait, we were told that this facility does not handle pregnancy-related care and that blood tests could not be done here.... read more
This office is horrible. I went for birth control at my initial visit and left with a request for an ENT, a throat X-ray request at another place and a full lab blood work up at a third place all to waste my time coming back to tell me my health is fine. So I had to go back and get the birth control. Then I set up the portal to access my tests and see they falsified documentation. The organization and cleanliness of the facility is noticeable. Staff is all very friendly and helpful. I can tell that management is working hard to keep up the standard!
I have a appointment today and when I walk in I smell fried eggs!!! The oil smell makes me nauseous 🤢. There is no proper ventilation for cooking in a doctors office 😑 it smell horrible and the smell sticks to your clothes.
