My first appointment at the John Young location in Orlando was wonderful. The front desk helped me with some insurance questions and changes, and Bhumika Patel was pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall very helpful and kind team there and I am happy to have found them!

The End. I hate my Dr. Kiran left. This place has went downhill. Emily Acosta is the WORST. They lied about an appointment, referral and I've even had the doctors office where I need to go even call. Today which was my last day with Sanitas as they played games with me causing me to be late for work for no reason and my pain is now 100%. The administrator I spoke to must have mistaken me for her child or maybe that's how she addresses her Mother but I didn't want to say a word to her so I left out angry knowing I was don... read more
