Dr. Nelson takes his time to answer all questions I have and even just chat with me when my exam is over. He makes me feel comfortable not a all nervous as I feel with some doctors. So glad I found him!

Don’t waste your time. I love Janelle Chavarria and this is nothing against her at all (she is leaving anyway) but today Francesca called me an hour before my appointment to say the doctor i was seeing doesn’t do refills (?) and she was canceling my appointment that was scheduled for an hour later. She kept interrupting when i was explaining how i run out of my medication the next day. I said hold on I’m not done speaking yet and she hung up on me. I LUV my baby doctor. She is nice caring and compassionate. I feel comfortable asking her any questions. The staff is AMAZING also. Front desk is friendly and welcoming. Nurse are sweet and caring. The most we have waited in waiting room was 12min. Usually they call you back as soon as you check in. If you need a good pediatric doctor this is the place.
Absolutely horrible experience with Dr Nelson. These people have absolutely zero clue what they’re doing. I came in for a blood test to check for vitamin deficiencies. I had recently seen a dietician who told me it was likely I had celiac disease. I’m unable to do a gluten challenge with a GI because one crumb or bread makes me bedridden for days, and this “doctor” refused to give me a blood test until I “had papers” that proved I was celiac.
