Go somewhere else...I wish I would have read the reviews. I saw Michael Nelson to get antibiotics for a sinus infection. I could not figure out why he wouldn't prescribe antibiotics - a sinus infection is bacterial. I had the privilege of paying for two tests I didn't need and both were negative. I had no symptoms requiring those tests. He refused to prescribe antibiotics as he had done to other patients who posted reviews. There really is an issue with that doctor. He doesn't listen at all. Worst experience ever. Caused me to be sick with an upper respiratory infection for almost 2 months. Paid $100 for urgent care because I had a fever for almost a week and a terrible cough, doctor just kept telling me to take a covid test AGAIN (when I had already tested negative) and refused the idea that I’d have an infection. His best advice was “over the counter cough medicine” Since then it had only worsened and I was forced to go to a doctor in Europe because I was on a trip (spent my whole trip coughing) and immediatel... read more

This is a great place to receive care or to establish primary care. It was not over crowded. The facility is very clean with lots of space and ample seating. The staff was very professional, friendly, attentive, and thorough addressing all of your concerns with a bilingual staff. Did I forget to mention that the office is equipped with radiology technology as well. If your are looking for this type of care and calm environment,I would encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and give Sanitas Medical Center a try.
This was the best experience I have ever had in my entire life at my doctor’s appointment. Cassandra Swain was kind to me. She knows how to treat the patients. She showed professionalism the entire time from the moment I walked in the clinic to the moment I left out of the front door. I THINK she’s a great assist to this company.
