I LUV my baby doctor. She is nice caring and compassionate. I feel comfortable asking her any questions. The staff is AMAZING also. Front desk is friendly and welcoming. Nurse are sweet and caring. The most we have waited in waiting room was 12min. Usually they call you back as soon as you check in. If you need a good pediatric doctor this is the place.
I am IMPOSSIBLE to draw blood from, but this one girl aaliyah drew blood from me so fast and gentle, seriously a wizard, and she was so sweet! Seriously a miracle to get blood from me so well, and I didn't even have a panic attack this time, super calming staff.
Like this place & my Nurse Practicianer Hannah; yet a student nurse ap came in last time & didn't seem to know right questions to ask!!! So I gave him answers to my problem....he left, & Hannah came in acting like I was NOT Co-operative!! I still had a good visit, told to buy OTC stuff! So, what did my co-pay, PAY for??? === Lazy student & Hannah pointing me to nearest Walmart!!! FIRST time NOT going away with complete answers & plan of care.....feel really gipped!!! Horrible service. Wait hours to see a doctor only for them to tell you what you already know, and then when they don’t treat the issue tell you to go to another doctor or come back and waste more money.
horrible with communication at this place, found out I had to reschedule twice now only after showing up for the appointment. No calls or voice messages were left even though they claim so. Never had a problem with sanitas just this location sucks..
