Dr. Nelson takes his time to answer all questions I have and even just chat with me when my exam is over. He makes me feel comfortable not a all nervous as I feel with some doctors. So glad I found him!

Don’t waste your time. I love Janelle Chavarria and this is nothing against her at all (she is leaving anyway) but today Francesca called me an hour before my appointment to say the doctor i was seeing doesn’t do refills (?) and she was canceling my appointment that was scheduled for an hour later. She kept interrupting when i was explaining how i run out of my medication the next day. I said hold on I’m not done speaking yet and she hung up on me. What is going on? With no notification they are now meharry? You can't get through to the phone number which is a call center nor schedule online appointments anymore. Only through these reviews did I find out my doctor is no longer even employed here. Zero communication with your patients. Unacceptable.
I’ve been going here for years. My primary moved to the east Nashville location so I had to see Dr. Michael Nelson. He was rude, dismissive, and rushed my appointment. I was scared to ask him more questions because he was so rude answering the other ones I have. I am not coming back to this location and now on the hunt for a new dr office.
