Sandra Sanchez Behavior Health Counselor. I have been going to see Sandra for weeks now, and she is being so helpful with my mental health and has given me different resources and ways to get better at the anxiety that I had and apply to my daily life. She has given me great tools to learn to be in the present and take it one day at a time.

My mom had a stroke days after her appointment with one of the doctors, she complained about having bad headaches, she said she wanted to see a neurologist, the doctor refused and said that wasn’t necessary, days after she had the stroke. These doctors are unreliable, unresponsive, and the staff are completely incompetent. Terrible experience every time I have had to go.

had a disappointing experience at this location. I arrived only 5 minutes late for my appointment, and the front desk employee, Carlos, informed me that I couldn’t be seen. I understand the importance of being punctual, but a 5-minute delay should not result in being turned away, especially when patients often wait longer than that in the lobby for their scheduled time. This lack of flexibility and understanding is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope they reconsider how they handle minor delays in the future.

I’ve been trying to get my medication and prescriptions for specialist for over 2 months. Once we called the insurance company to file a complaint. And they contacted me stating they would call my script in a... read more

I'm only giving stars because of the doctor himself- not for anything else. I scheduled a sick appointment. I received an immediate text confirmation of my appointment time. Day of I received another reminder with a different time. I had never changed it. I checked in at my original time and was told that I was incorrect of when my appointment was, despite showing them text proof of them scheduling it correctly when I originally called. When in the room the MA sneezed into her hands and then proceeded to want to check my vit... read more
