So glad I found this place! They accepted my insurance without any issues.. (unlike every other urgent care) The whole staff was great!Very helpful & professional! Dr. Banks was thorough & informative, which I always appreciate! All around a refreshing experience compared to other medical providers. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Dr banks is an amazing down to earth doctor that speaks to you like a friend, not just a patient. He, Cassie, and the rest of the staff at sanitas treat you like an actual person and not just a number. Good people for sure I will be coming back for all my primary care needs!
I just want to say how amazing the staff and service is at this place. They made me feel welcomed and they were super attentive and polite. I went in as an urgent care patient and really wasn’t expecting much as far as service. But I was very pleasantly surprised by literally every person that I came across. From the front desk to the nurse that took my vitals, the person that took my X-ray and the doctor! 1000% recommend!
Worst clinic I believe I have ever gone to. It’s all about money, I’m diabetic and my doctor wouldn’t refill my ozempic prescription until I went in for a visit. Has happened twice, but never again. Their rules are not to refill your prescription if you haven’t been there in 6 months. Facts are I had been there in 6 months, but my doctor still refused. I tried calling DJ the manager to figure it out, I left her 3 messages and she never had the decency to ever return my call, so they got their way and I was forced to return.... read more
Dr. Banks was thorough and listened to all my issues. Very nice and helpful nurses and staff. Very cool doctor.
