The team here is awesome!! Immediately upon entering the facility you are greeted with a smile, the cleanliness is immaculate. They NP Wendy is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and informative. She actually listens to the patient and treats the patient, not just smoke and mirrors. The entire staff from the receptionist to the lab and x-ray techs are very friendly and comforting. The care team here is the only encounter that I have had that makes me happy to be back in Memphis.
First time patient today and it was such a a nice experience! From the kind young lady at the front desk to Dr. Wendy having excellent bedside manner to Ashley who drew my blood, everything was great! I am a huge baby when it comes to needles, and I barely felt when Ashley did her thing. She's amazing!! So glad I decided to make this place my new primary care facility.
Dr Ezenwa is wonderful. She gets to know you personally. She spoke with my daughter and myself about life and how we were doing. She gave us great tips on how to keep my daughter safe and healthy.
