I had the best experience with Katialys at Sanitas everyone there was very warm and welcoming and I do thank GOD for their kindness and helping me navigate through the Sanitas system. Most important is how you are treated when going into an unknown place and I was treated exceptionally well. Praise the LORD. In addition, the place was immaculate soooo comforting to see the Christmas tree too❤️🙏🫶
I usually have a bad experience with doctors, but this is the first time where I couldn’t find a single issue. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and fast! My appointment was at 11:40 I came in about 30 minutes early to fill out my new patient paperwork and within those 30 minutes I was called in, did my check up with the nurse, and then was examined by the doctor. I came today for an ultrasound on my arm and was well received by front attendants. Then, I met my ultrasound tech, Aline, and she was AMAZING. Aline was very sweet, welcoming, and comforting throughout my entire appointment. Although I was worried about my visit, she made me feel so comfortable and happy. I usually love going to this Sanitas, people is really nice and welcoming. The sonogram lady is fantastic and sweet and the medical assistant with the black hair was soooo good she had to give me a vaccine and I barely felt it!! She also took the time to try to distract me. They all treat you really well from the ladies in the front desk to all the professionals. My grandma is also very pleased with the services and the people that works there. she is always willing to go with me.
